PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - only registered users can view image, but having issues for some

About 3% of my users email me saying they can not view images, only thumbnails. When I have them turn off their IE cookie security it works fine in most cases. I have vb3 and pp integrated with identical cookie settings. Why is it some users are not seen by pp? thanks!
