PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Safe Mode Off

I just had to switch hosts after the worm ate my site and discovered my hosting service had been sold to someone with sub-standard software. I needed many specifics for a forum driven site with lots of images (large disk space) I was referred to the new provider checked everything and went through the painstaking process of upgrading to vBulletin, PhotoPost Pro, and PhotoPost Classifieds. I must not have realized about Safe Mode since my previous version was PhotoPost GMS. I have spoken with my new host and they will NOT turn on Safe Mode. Am I pretty much screwed and need to switch hosts again, or is there a work around?

Linux ss53 2.4.20-28.7 smp #1
PHP ver. 4.3.10
MySql ver. 3.23.58
Shared Host rented/leased from Media-Temple
vBulletin ver. 3.0.4
vbPortal ver. 3.0.0
PhotoPost PHP 4.8.5 vB3 Enhanced
