If you look in the templates directory, you'll see an uploadproduct.tmpl among the others uploadproduct1.tmpl, uploadproduct2.tmpl and uploadproduct3.tmpl - each # realted to the ad type, so For Sale is the default with no number.

Default ad types are:

1 = Wanted
2 = Personals
3 = Help Wanted

which correspond to the uploadproduct#.tmpl files.
