Okey now i have look in the config-inc.php file and its the same as when i logged in on Vbulletin.com member area. Some more clue
I have Vbulletin 3.0.3 but in the file its stays like this
// || # vBulletin 3.0.0 - Licence Number ########
// It is the ######## number you need to place below.
has this something to do with it?
