Your missing buttons are there.
However as far as your table alignment issues I can not comment on this too much because I do not see this on a normal install and your site in w3c validator goes crazy. You would need to validate your html for whatever style your using and bring it up to industry standards making sure all correct closing tags and such are used.
The error from what I see with all those html errors is in your style and not our program. You see it in the showphoto page because depending on image sizes etc it will break out of any table you have and this is where errors show up real easy.
