Than you all for the new upgrade this software just keeps getting beter

I get this error on a 3mb wmv file

Multimedia uploads are allowed
Multimedia size is 900.000.000kb
Allowed formats are: .mpeg,.mpg,.avi,.asf,.wmv,.mov
The file is uploaded from admin account (no file size limit)
What could be wrong?
ps: the css syle is missing from admin area after my upgrade.
