PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Cookie setting not in config-inc.php ??

When I attempt to open adm-index.php the system will ask me for login info. After I type in valid information, it says "Thanks for logging in" and pushes me back to the main page. But, I AM NOT LOGGED IN !

I am using vbulletin 3.0.3, vbPortal 3.0.0...
