PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - All Images -> One Directory

My PhotoPost site has great moderators, but users are getting upset when moderators move their images to another category since the URL of the image changes. I've seen another PP site that used a single directory for all images. How easy is this to do? Can you provide a code example to make this work?
