Chuck, the main page at
www.photopost.com reads "Have a forum? Our complete forum integration option even displays your PhotoPost albums and photos inside an existing VB3 or UBB Threads forum". I interpreted that to mean that you could post an image within the forum and it would be seen there. It must mean that you can use the the link routine you mentioned above in order to view the image via the thread. Now it makes sense. Thanks Chuck!
