MySQL error reported!

Script: bulkupload

Query: INSERT INTO notify (id,userid,photo) values(NULL,,14935)

Result: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '14935)' at line 1

I am not sure if it is the same problem as this thread (MySQL error reported! Script: bulkupload) so I wanted to make sure before I tried to do anything:
