You can change it to VB3 by changing all the config information and the integration type and table prefix etc in the database
However all your prior photos will be not owned correctly as everything is assigned by userid. Your
vb userid's are different than photopost so how is our program suppose to know what photos belong to what user?
This is why it is suggested to do this from the beginning
