I already answered the question in my post. The mysql queries are self explanatory.

I dont know if I can be any clearer than drop those index's on the proper table.

If you do not know what an index is then you should not be attempting what I suggested one post up. As stated I had a customer delete their fields in their category table thinking I had told them to drop them. An index appears at the end of the table structure when viewing structure of the table.
