Your cant drop the index's
You can go in with phpmyadmin IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING and drop those index's
Notice I capitalized the one part
We had one user here who actually went in and deleted the actual table structure equivilents not the index's
These are basically performance enhancing things to speed things up.
