when click on Members Gallerys in the gallery it takes you to this url,,not the correct place,

this is a windows server iis and we/he just got GD working somewhat,, never could get imagemajicK working right.
also after searching the site here , someone said to turn off argv in the php.ini
ended up comenting out the first 4 lines of the index.php becasue of the errors it caused on argv...
turning it to off in the php.ini didn't stop the error from coming up. even after a reboot.
even if the header-inc.php is left commented out so the forums header is not involved it is still the same.
