You have a couple issues here. Nothing really for me to look into.
As I instructed above everything looks fine in your options above except one thing.
You uploads directory and path needs to be set to the other site.
You may also want to set your forums directory if you integrating with the same forum as the other one.
As far as your navbar links thats easy. Per the
VB Integration FAQ you need to alter certain
VB templates header header include footer and navbar to get rid of the relative paths and place /board/ infront of links or the fullurl
