I ran phpinfo and it says I have safe mode on locally but it says master value is off. So I am sorta wondering where I can disable it. I own the whole server and root. I saw php.ini but most of these settings appear disabled in there. From what I can tell. Is there a specific place to change this and can I do it and still be secure?

Any advice?
