Can you tell me how to use the "header-inc" file? I have no idea what it is.

EDIT: Okay, I think I got it; deleting comment slashed in header-inc.php.

It still looks a little off, though.

I had to remove $navbar, so the forum links (search, quick links, etc) don't confuse users.
The footer links don't work. They are targeted towards the PhotoPost directory instead of the vBulletin directory, so links in the footer don't work.
There's no alternating colors in the gallery/album tables; everything defaults to the background color of the page.
Table background gradients aren't displayed. The Gallery/PhotoPost tables are indented far more than the vBulletin tables.
