well I dont beleive so.

You can safely set it to the true domain you have Photopost set on. Photopost only operates under the domain url you enter in the config so no matter how many domains point there once they hit login the program takes them to .domain.com so they are no longer on their initial domain. They will be on the domain Photopost is on.
