PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Ignoring the config-inc settings?!?

I just upgrade from 4.8d to 4.8e, this seems to have fixed the problem, I'm walking through the installation process. I'm guessing it had something to do with 4.8d as 4.8e is setup to use the same values everything is working so far.
