I tried going through the install process, reentering all the information on the web page for config-inc data. Then tried walking through the install process, but get booted with the following error.

I'm guessing it's trying to log into my local database on that machine (the database is on another machine). All the permissions are set right on my database machine as the web machine talks to my databaes machine all the type for the vB3 database.
