As the email stated you have safe mode on on that server. Safe Mode must be off for Photopost to work. Now using GD you should not see any errors.
I just visited your site and uploaded another picture to every cat to test permissions as your unable to move file is usually a permission error but everything was fine.
As the email suggested you might want to contact your host and see if they will turn safe mode off.
