Fresh install of 4.8c. Categories won't expand, minimize in Admin. Changed setting for child categories from 1 to 5, no luck. I did a search for this problem and only found one post for new installs rather than upgrades.

Unfortunately no solution was listed. Anyone know how to fix this?
